Heritage MOH Studio
Custom music on hold with voiceovers—produced and managed in-house by Heritage using current studio technology and licensed music.
Not an audio player or a representation of a specific finished program.
From idea to on-hold program
Heritage keeps the copy, voiceover, music, production, and update conversation connected while the customer remains the source of truth for its business facts.
Define who is calling, why they may be placed on hold, what information is useful, and how the program should sound alongside the rest of the business.
Prepare the welcome, informational, seasonal, location, or expectation-setting messages. The customer confirms every fact, pronunciation, date, offer, and call to action.
Heritage assembles the approved voiceover and licensed music in its own MOH studio using current production technology and an in-house production workflow.
Prepare the program for the confirmed compatible system and manage approved refreshes, alternate versions, or seasonal changes under the agreed scope.
The Heritage difference
Heritage’s own MOH studio keeps production and phone-system context under one roof. The team managing the approved content can also account for the confirmed delivery format, playback behavior, caller path, and update process.
Current production technology supports the work, but the value is the operating discipline around it: approved facts, deliberate tone, licensed music, a defined system destination, and an owner for future changes.
Content managed in-house
A strong program does not need to fill every second with copy. Heritage helps shape the pacing and message mix around the approved caller experience.
Set the tone and acknowledge the caller without promising an exact wait time.
Describe customer-approved services, departments, locations, or next steps accurately.
Share useful information a caller may need before speaking with the team.
Use approved time-sensitive messaging with an owner and a clear removal or replacement date.
Explain what happens next without making an unsupported response, availability, or service promise.
Align vocabulary, pace, pronunciation, and tone with the way the organization wants to sound.
Licensed for the intended use

Yes. Heritage manages the music-on-hold content and production workflow through its own in-house MOH studio. Exact voiceover, music, length, versions, revisions, and delivery scope are confirmed for the project.
Heritage confirms the available licensed-music and voiceover options during production. The final combination must fit the intended tone, the applicable music license, the approved script, and the delivery configuration.
The music is used under licensing applicable to the configured on-hold program. That does not transfer ownership of the music or create unrestricted rights to publish, distribute, advertise with, broadcast, resell, or reuse the audio elsewhere.
Yes, approved refreshes, seasonal messages, location-specific versions, or other changes can be managed under a confirmed update scope. Exact timing, frequency, revision count, and charges are established for the project.
Compatibility is confirmed before delivery. Audio format, upload or deployment method, playback behavior, scheduling, message rotation, and sound quality depend on the selected phone-system configuration and call path.
Customer-supplied material can be evaluated for factual accuracy, quality, format, and appropriate rights. Supplying a file does not by itself establish permission to reproduce, edit, combine, or distribute it.
