Limitations
- Provisioned cellular recovery may require manual activation; it must not be described as automatic failover
- RRT-200-LTE performance and concurrent-feature limits require confirmation before recommendation
- RRT-600-5G is marked Coming Soon by RabbitRun and must not be presented as currently orderable
- Vendor-listed hardware capabilities are not automatically included or enabled in every Heritage configuration
Billing model
- Per location and configuration, plus applicable connectivity and cellular charges
Heritage has identified three hardware options: RRT-200-LTE, RRT-300-LTE, and RRT-600-5G. The older, slower RRT-200-LTE is intended for smaller offices and can support the same broad feature categories, but not all at once; exact performance and concurrency limits remain open. RabbitRun positions the RRT-300-LTE for SMB and branch offices and publicly lists up to 1 Gbps, Wi-Fi 6, 4G LTE multi-carrier cellular, voice survivability, POS continuity, Attack Shield cybersecurity, and cloud management. RabbitRun positions the RRT-600-5G for small and medium enterprise branches and lists up to 2.5 Gbps, Wi-Fi 7, 5G/4G dual-mode multi-carrier cellular, voice survivability, POS continuity, Attack Shield cybersecurity, and cloud management, but marks the model Coming Soon.
Heritage validates the workload, required feature combination, path design, and enabled services before recommending a model. Exact configuration, capacity, availability, pricing, and path behavior are confirmed for each location. A manually activated cellular recovery option is not automatic failover.
