Operational fit
Do the documented roles, call paths, schedules, exceptions, locations, and selected workflows match the intended operation?
Our approach
Heritage starts with the current environment and the work communications must support. The method connects discovery, call flow, local dependencies, optional workflows, transition, and support without assuming a standard package fits every project.
From discovery to support
The sequence is a review framework. A project may require different evidence, participants, order, or tasks.
Capture the current numbers, roles, locations, devices, applications, services, dependencies, constraints, and business outcomes that need review.
Make normal, after-hours, holiday, no-answer, overflow, continuity, and exception paths visible before selecting a configuration.
Review the platform, office connections, managed edge, local network, equipment, power, users, routing, and relevant third-party dependencies.
Confirm eligibility, exact capabilities, limitations, operating ownership, evidence, and commercial structure before treating an option as committed.
Configure the approved design and test representative calls, exceptions, endpoints, dependencies, and selected workflows against agreed acceptance questions.
Coordinate applicable porting, installation, user preparation, cutover, follow-up, issue routing, and future changes through confirmed owners.
Planning tools
These planning aids, synthetic demonstrations, and guides help define requirements. They are not customer architectures, completed project records, contractual deliverables, or proof of a result.
Produces an ungated starting outline from selected requirements. Exact capabilities, eligibility, availability, and pricing still require review.
Call-flow exampleShows fictional normal, after-hours, holiday, no-answer, and on-call behavior without using a customer configuration.
Transition worksheetInventories carrier records, call flows, site readiness, staging, user preparation, cutover, contingency, and post-launch validation.
Requirements worksheetDocuments endpoints to evaluate, number and routing questions, connectivity, support, optional layers, and acceptance criteria.
Review checkpoints
Each checkpoint should identify what is known, what remains open, who can decide, and what evidence will support acceptance.
Do the documented roles, call paths, schedules, exceptions, locations, and selected workflows match the intended operation?
Are platform, connection, local network, power, endpoint, API, provider, capacity, and configuration dependencies understood?
Are messaging, recording, retention, privacy, AI, access, security, and human-review requirements approved where applicable?
Are customer, Heritage, carrier, vendor, support, implementation, change, billing-unit, and separately scoped responsibilities clear?
Support and escalation evidence
Routine support is available by phone, email, or the online ticket form during normal hours. The approved routine hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern. After hours, customers call and select the emergency-support option in the automated menu.
What this method does not prove
Next step
Heritage can use the current-state inventory and desired result to identify the decisions, dependencies, owners, and commercial facts still requiring confirmation.
